Lieve gasten, lieve vrienden,

Met pijn in ons hart moeten we mededelen dat we de evenementen dit weekend bij Houtbaar niet door kunnen laten gaan. Zojuist hebben wij namelijk te horen gekregen dat de verlenging van onze omgevingsvergunning nog in behandeling is bij de Gemeente Haarlem.

Hierdoor heeft de burgemeester het besluit genomen dat onze evenementen dit weekend niet kunnen plaats vinden. We hebben er alles aan gedaan om dit weekend wel door te laten gaan, maar tevergeefs.

Tickethouders voor onze show met Olivier Weiter gepland op zaterdagavond zullen we zo spoedig mogelijk benaderen via het mailadres waarop het ticket is gekocht. We zijn aan het kijken of we deze show kunnen verplaatsen of dat we alle ticketkopers een full refund geven.

We keken er erg naar uit om dit weekend iets moois neer te zetten tijdens de Week van de Haarlemse nacht maar helaas is de situatie onoplosbaar op dit enorm korte termijn. Hierdoor zijn we genoodzaakt deze teleurstellende beslissing te maken.

With pain in our hearts we have to announce that we cannot continue the events at Houtbaar this weekend. We have just been informed that the extension of our environmental permit is still being processed by the Municipality of Haarlem. As a result, the mayor has decided that our events cannot take place this weekend. We have done everything we can to continue this weekend, but in vain.

Ticket holders for our show with Olivier Weiter planned for Saturday evening will be contacted as soon as possible via the email address on which the ticket was purchased. We are looking into whether we can postpone this show or whether we can give all ticket buyers a full refund.

We were really looking forward to putting on something beautiful this weekend during the Week of the Haarlem Night, but unfortunately the situation is unsolvable at this extremely short notice. As a result, we are forced to make this disappointing decision.
